Experience and Education


Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or other related field and five (5) years business systems and/or project experience with exposure to systems or project development and testing, installation, and training.

Job Duties


  • Provide Enterprise Software expertise and operational knowledge to help business process owners and project team members develop training materials using realistic examples.
  • Utilize expertise gained from previous Enterprise Software implementations and operational knowledge to determine required training materials for end users.
  • Develop and maintain training materials for a variety of delivery methods; classroom, auditorium or online (Oracle's User Productivity Kit - UPK preferred). Use Enterprise Software expertise and operational knowledge to evaluate and confirm integration and consistency of training materials across the Enterprise Software modules.
  • Facilitate decision making process required to successfully execute project plans and contribute to the creation of an accurate training plan and task list.
  • Assist with the creation of test scenarios/scripts, coordinate testing efforts, participates in testing of designed solution and verify/ validate results of conversion efforts and testing results.
  • Provide initial post implementation support to end users on production system. Assist with internal and external communications regarding training.
  • Conduct formal classroom and meeting room presentations. Conduct large auditorium style presentations for all levels of users as well as one on one training for senior management.
  • Keep abreast of current developments in information technology, and recommend new or revised classes, seminars and reference materials; make revisions as appropriate.
  • Function in a leadership role to the department, and provide guidance to management on assigned projects.
  • Create and maintain class schedules in computerized system.
  • Ensure classrooms and meeting rooms are appropriately set up for events.
  • Assist in designing reports or other tools to analyze existing training, and make recommendations for future training needs.
