Experience and Education


Masters degree in related field with seven (7) years of progressive management experience preferable in a complex multifaceted health care with exposure to pediatric services preferred. At least five (5) years experience in a pediatric ambulatory clinic setting or a physician group practice.

Job Duties


  1. Responsible for overseeing and directing the clinical operations for 15 Pediatrics division across multiple care settings (inpatient and ambulatory) and organizations (UTSW and Childrens).Assists director on various reports and projects.
  2. Responsible for working with Clinical Medical Directors, partner facility leadership and UTSW departments to establish and execute strategic goals and direction for the Pediatric clinical practices.
  3. Establish and monitor key operating, financial management, physician productivity, programmatic planning, quality, and clinical outcomes.
  4. Collect, interpret and distribute meaningful operational data to leadership in order to establish effective clinical operations, financial management, physician productivity, programmatic planning quality and clinical outcomes.
  5. Work with partner facilities and medical staff leadership to build strong collaborative relationships within academic, clinical and research settings assuring that the interests of these stake-holders and the Pediatric Department are incorporated into strategic plans and operating objectives.
  6. Works within the clinical setting to help establish a culture of patient and employee satisfaction in order to create a positive work environment.
  7. Works closely with Sr leaders (at various institutions to help set direction, influence change and collaborate to improve the clinical operations.
  8. Performs other duties as assigned.

    Work is performed primarily in general office environment.
