Experience and Education

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
  • Licensure as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
  • Preferred LCSW and LMFT licensure.
  • Three (3) to five (5) years clinical experience working with multiple populations.
  • Experience with various treatment modalities and interventions including chemical/substance abuse, cognitive-behavioral, conflict management, crisis intervention, Critical Incidence Stress Debriefing (CISD), marriage and family and solution focused.

Job Duties

  • Assesses and provides short-term treatment of clients using various therapeutic intervention.
  • Assists with case management and clinical issues as it relates to EAP clients and contracted accounts.
  • Maintains timely clinical notes, documentation and case management records.
  • Participates in departmental and clinical team meetings.
  • Develops, coordinates and conducts training on EAP related topics
  • Initiates referrals, coordinates services and identify resources to meet client needs.
  • Staff cases with program manager or appointed clinical team member.
  • Designs, executes, and ensures effectiveness of system of internal controls, which provides reasonable assurance that operations are effective and efficient, assets are safeguarded, and financial information is reliable.
  • Ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
